光合细菌在染料废水处理中的应用

【摘要】 本文研究了光合细菌法在高浓度实际染料废水处理中的应用,主要研究了细菌的培养、固定化及对实际染料废水的处理。首先是以活性污泥为原料,研究光合细菌合适的筛选途径,分离纯化得到光合细菌纯种;第二步以光合细菌纯种为基础进行扩大化培养,探讨适宜的培养条件,包括合适的pH、温度及盐度对光合细菌的影响;最后是将扩大化培养得到的光合细菌固定化并用来处理模拟及实际染料废水,研究光合细菌处理染料废水的实际效果,尝试利用生物强化的途径提高实际废水的处理效果。本文的实验结果将为染料废水的处理提供新的思路和实验指导,而且对于光合细菌技术的研究以及同类废水的处理都具有参考价值。

【Abstract】 Application of photosynthetic bacteria(PSB) on the treatment of high concentration dye wastewater was investigated in this dissertation.Culture conditions, immobilization method of PSB and treatment of actual dye wastewater with immobilized PSB cells were mainly studied. Firstly PSB was acclimated from common activated sludge. Under selective culture conditions,pure culture of PSB \vas isolated by means of agar dilution.Secondly, effect of temperature, pH and salinit\ on PSB \vere investigated on the base of pure culture .Finally.PSB was immobilized and applied to the treatments of simulated and actual dye wastewater. The results were valuable to the debugging of dye wastewater treatment engineers and it would provide theoretic basis for applying PSB treatment technique in actual dye wastewater.
