串联预装填多体系统的结构原理及控制理论研究

【摘要】 本文结合“十·五”国家重点预研项目“超高射频弹幕武器关键技术研究”,对超高射频弹幕武器的工作原理、技术特点、应用场合等方面进行了深入的研究;介绍了几种应用金属风暴原理的武器系统;详细剖析了超高射频弹幕武器性能控制的核心过程——内弹道的物理过程;给出了超高射频弹幕武器单一装药及混合装药的内弹道数学模型,并对其进行了详细的计算与分析;分析了射击频率、起动压力、装药量、火药厚度、弹丸质量、药室容积、混合药成分等条件的变化对内弹道性能的影响;研制了面向对象的计算机辅助超高射频弹幕武器内弹道计算软件系统,并将其应用于超高射频弹幕武器内弹道的研究,获得了良好的应用效果。本文的研究成果为“十·五”国家重点预研项目“超高射频弹幕武器关键技术研究”打下了良好的基础,并具有重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Combined with the 10th five-year key advanced research project of national defense "Study on the key Technologies of Cartridge Screen Weapon System with Super-high firing rate", the operation mechanisms, technical characteristics and applications are studied deeply in this paper. Several weapon systems with the operation principle of Metal Storm are introduced. The core process of the performance control of the aforementioned weapon system, the physical mechanisms of interior ballistics are analyzed in detail and the corresponding mathematical models are proposed also. The software with OOP features programmed specially for the calculation of the interior ballistics of the weapon system with the operation principle of Metal Storm is also completed. With this software, the effects of the alterations such as firing rate, initial pressures, propellant weight, propellant thickness, projectile mass, chamber volume, propellant compositions upon the performances of initial ballistics are obtained by numerical computation. The research results are of great importance for future study on the aforementioned key advanced research project of national defense.
