银行卡业务需求问题研究

【摘要】 本文以银行卡为对象，以微观经济学中的商品需求理论以及营销管理理论中的消费者行为理论为基础，针对商业银行中间业务中较为重要的银行卡业务需求问题，尝试运用需求函数的方法，具体对影响需求的因素进行分析。以银行卡业务需求为因变量，以各种影响因素自变量，建立银行卡业务需求的多自变量函数模型，从不同角度，考察需求函数；同时，对银行卡持卡人的特征进行抽样分析，对开展银行卡业务的相关环境进行分析。通过理论与实证分析，找出对银行卡业务需求影响的显著性因素，揭示银行卡业务需求的特征、银行卡业务发展趋势，为该业务拓展提供经营决策的实证基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the merchandise demand theory and the consumers’ behavior theory as the base, the paper takes bank cards as the object and tries to analyse the influencing factors by means of the demand functions. Aiming at the demands issues of bank cards operation, we set up the models of bank cards operation demands and review them from different sides. Simultaneously, we process the data of samples to analyse the characters of cardholders and see about the correlation circumstance in which bank cards operations develop. With the analysis of theory and demonstration, we can find out the remarkable factors which influence the demands of bank card operations, try to post the characters of bank card operation demands and the trend of bank card operations, so that offer the positive groundwork of management decision-making for developing bank cards operations.更多还原
