国有医药流通企业绩效考核研究

【摘要】 在概述绩效考核相关理念、方法和技术的基础上,本文着重从考核主体选择、考核目标设定、考核基础性条件创设、考核层次确定、考核结果运用、国有医药流通企业特殊性照应等方面,分析了现阶段国有医药流通企业在绩效考核方面存在的问题;从体制、人员与系统设计等方面分析了这些问题产生的原因。最后,针对国有医药流通企业绩效考核存在的问题和原因,探索性地提出了一些优化对策。

【Abstract】 Based on the related ideas, methods and techniques of performance evaluation, this article analyzes some existing problems with performance evaluation in state-owned medicine circulation enterprises at the current stage and works out the root causes from the point of view of policy system, employee and organization design. It focuses on selection of what to be evaluated, objective setting-up, the creation of fundamental evaluation conditions, evaluation levels setting-up, utilization of evaluation result as well as privilege of state-owned medicine circulation enterprises. In the end the article gropes for a few solutions to the existing problems with performance evaluation in state-owned medicine circulation enterprises.
