A.O.史密斯(中国)热水器公司竞争战略分析

【摘要】 本文作者从战略管理的角度,主要是从竞争战略的角度对公司的优势、劣势、外部机会及风险进行分析,从中探求企业发展的方向。经过分析作者得出的结论是,做为有着美资背景的企业,A.O.史密斯(中国)热水器公司应坚持集中化的差异战略,突出企业在产品、研发、管理等方面的优势,培养核心竞争能力与集体合作、相互尊重,不断创新的企业文化,使企业成为名副其实的学习型组织,从而保持可持续的发展。

【Abstract】 The author attempts to figure out direction for A. O. Smith (China) Water Heater Company by doing SWOT analysis from the point of view of strategic management, especially competitive strategy. The author concludes that as a wholly invested American company in China, A. O. Smith (China) Water Heater Company should adopt focused differentiation strategy. Besides emphasizing her advantage on complete product lines and high quality products, strong R&D capability and overall management, the company need to develop her core competencies as well as company culture focusing on team work, mutual respect and continuous improvement. By becoming a real learning group the company can stay in the fast lane.
