坦克发动机关键部件的可视化装配仿真系统及其技术研究

【摘要】 可视化装配仿真技术是DFA研究中的基础关键技术之一。本文所提出的基于Pro/E的可视化装配仿真系统能在产品的设计阶段,通过装配过程的仿真实现虚拟产品的预装配,验证和改进产品的装配工艺过程,生动直观地展示产品的可装配性,从而提高产品的装配效率,减少装配时间和费用。 首先,本文详细地分析了可视化装配仿真系统功能需求,提出了可视化装配仿真系统具有的3个目标层次,设计了系统的功能模型,建立了可视化装配仿真系统的总体结构,并阐明了系统的工作流程。 之后,本文重点对可视化装配仿真系统中关键技术进行了研究。首先建立了面向装配设计的装配模型,给出了它的数据结构;接着从面向产品结构和装配工艺过程两方面再设计的角度,构建了装配性评价体系;接着阐述装配工艺规划技术,包括装配路径规划和装配顺序规划;然后提出了11元组法来表示装配元件的装/拆运动;最后对干涉检验技术进行了研究,采用一种基于包容盒逐层的快速干涉检查算法,提高算法的精度和效率。 最后以发动机的曲轴连杆机构和配气机构为实例,对可视化装配仿真系统进行初步开发。

【Abstract】 Visual assembly simulation is one of basic key technology of the study of Design For Assembly (DFA). This paper present a kind of Pro/E based visual assembly simulation system, with which a product at a design stage can be pre-assembled through the simulation of process of assembly, the course of assembly process can be verified and improved. It can also dramatically show the assemblability of the product, therefore, the efficiency of assembly can be improved and the time and cost of assembly can also be reduced.To begin with, the demands of function of the system are analyzed in detail in this paper; 3 target layers of the system is presented and the function model of the system is designed. In this thesis, the whole frame of the visual assembly simulation system is setup and the working flow of the system is founded.Then, the key technology of the system are emphatically researched. First of all, the assembly model of DFA is established and the data structure of the model is proposed; In order to redesign product and structures and select optimized assembly plans, an assemblability evaluation system is constructed. Secondly, assembly process planning is analyzed, including assembly path planning and assembly sequence planning; and then the thesis brings forward the way of 11-tuple to represent the movement of assembly/disassembly of assembly elements. In the end, this paper makes an research on the technology of interference checking, raised a kind of algorithm of swift interference checking based on envelops bounding box decomposition, hence, the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm is improved dramatically.Finally, the thesis take the mechanism of crankshaft and connecting rod in the engine as an example, develops visual assembly simulation system.
