国有商业银行代理问题研究

【摘要】 本文试图运用西方现代企业理论来探讨我国国有商业银行的代理问题。文章首先对国有商业银行代理关系的种类、特点及其存在的主要问题进行了实证分析，在此基础上，从规范的角度指出国有商业银行代理问题的解决要针对不同的类型，分别通过激励约束机制的建立和产权改革的方法来解决。其中产权结构和所有权配置的改革是解决国有商业银行代理问题的根本措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis mainly discusses the principal-agent problem in the state-owned commercial bank based on the modern western firm theory. First, the paper analyses the type, characteristics and main problems of the agency relationship. It is pointed out that the principal-agent problems in the state-owned commercial bank should be resolved by building the incentive constraints mechanism and property rights reforming according to the difference of the problems respectively. Among the solutions, the keys to the problem are the reform of the property rights structure and the matching of the residual claim and the residual rights of control.更多还原
