集散控制技术在气力输灰系统中的应用

【摘要】 本文基于实际工程背景,研究与探讨了发电厂粉煤灰干出灰集散控制系统的设计与分析。该系统是将集散计算机系统(DCS)与可编程序控制器(PLC)融合为一体的、过程自动化与信息管理自动化相结合的新型综合集散控制系统。简要介绍了粉煤灰干出灰系统目前所存在的问题。阐述了粉煤灰干出灰集散控制系统的总体方案与设计,顺序控制设计法在PLC梯形图程序设计中的应用,给出了解决输灰系统电机动态连锁控制的一种设计方法。讨论了在界面设计中界面的用色规则,粉煤灰干出灰集散控制系统主控界面的设计与功能,PC与PC、PLC与PC之间通讯,以及分布式应用系统结构实现。研究了随着技术的发展,生产管理的特殊需要。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a computer control system which is applied to transferring ash in power station is designed and analyzed based on the project background. The system is consist of DCS and PLC which can achieve processing automation and information management automation. During my writing this paper, Introduced the present situation and discussed the total plan and designation of the control system. Applied the theory of sequential control to the PLC ladder logic program. Given out a method which can bring about dynamic chain control of electrical machinery for transferring ash. Discussed the color rule of the interface, and Introduced the design and function of the master-control interface. Discussed the communication of PC and PC, PC and PLC, and designed the software based on the distribute structure. Discussed the demand that manage the factory with the development of technology.
