基于特征提取的汽车零件CAPP技术研究

【摘要】 CAPP是联系CAD和CAM的桥梁,正日益受到人们的关注,是目前的一个研究热点。由于CAPP本身的一些关键问题还没有完全解决,其在实际生产中的应用却不尽人意。 本文以Pro/TOOLKIT开发环境下的Pro/Engineer软件的特征建模为基础,通过对汽车离合器零件加工特征分析和归纳,开发了汽车离合器零件加工特征的识别与提取系统,为实现CAD/CAPP信息集成提供了一种切实可行的解决办法。并论述了如何根据提取的特征进行工艺路线生成。

【Abstract】 CAPP bridges the CAD and CAM and it is given increasingly concern. It becomes one of the researching focuses nowadays. But its application in practice is not very good, because some of its intrinsic problems are not solved yet.In this paper, the manufacturing feature distinction and extraction of the clutch parts is developed, which the features are analyzed and classified, based on the practical tool for feature modeling of Pro/TOOLKIT in Pro/Engineer secondary development environment. The initial practice shows that the method is proposed to realize for the CAD/CAPP integration system of clutch parts. And how to create the process plan based on the manufacturing feature is discussed .
