城市路灯SCADA系统控制中心软件设计与实现

【摘要】 本论文的工程背景是“烟台市路灯无线监控系统”。该系统是一个典型的SCADA系统,路灯控制中心计算机通过VHF无线信道与远端现场RTU进行通信,实现路灯数据的实时采集和处理,并可以自动或手动方式下发指令,完成对远端现场路灯的开/关灯控制。 论文首先分析了城市路灯控制和管理的现状以及建立城市路灯无线监控系统的必要性,然后对监视控制及数据采集(SCADA)系统的结构、特点以及发展等情况进行了简单介绍。本文详细论述了基于C/S模式,以VB 6.0和SQL Server 2000为开发平台的路灯SCADA系统控制中心主控软件及数据库部分的设计与实现。

【Abstract】 This paper is based on the project of "the wireless supervisory control system of Street light in YanTai city ", which is a typical SCADA system.SCADA systems consist of three functional components: communications equipments, remote terminal Unit (RTU), and control center. It is the technology that enables a user to collect data from one or more RTUs and send limited control instructions to those RTUs. We realized communication between the control center and RTUs on radio and accomplished real-time collection, disposal of street light data.In the paper, the author firstly analyzes the state of street light management and the importance of developing a supervisory control system, then summarizes the framework and principle of SCADA system. The design and implementation of street light SCADA system control center software based on Client/Server and used tools of Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 are introduced in the end.
