路灯无线监控系统中新型RTU的设计与开发

【摘要】 SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)系统是计算机通信与自动化技术相结合而产生的应用系统,从整体上来讲,它主要包括监控中心,RTU(Remote Terminal Unit)和数据通信三大部分。 路灯RTU主要完成现场电压电流信号的采集与处理,设备状态的检测,并控制开关量输出,实现对路灯开关控制。同时RTU提供人机交互功能,包括键盘,LED和LCD等。本设计对原有路灯RTU软硬件重新设计,硬件电路从元件选型到电路结构设计都做了重大改进,由于采用高性能微控制器,软件中采用FFT计算输入交流信号有效值。经过对原有路灯RTU的改进,本设计在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system is the combination of computer technology and automation control. Generally speaking, it is consist of control center, RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) , and data communication,RTU functions sampling analog input signals like voltage and current, checking digital input signals, and executing digital output signals to turn on and off street light. At the same time, it can communicate with center in remote place. For the convenience of communicating with maintenance man, RTU is often equipped with LCD, LED, and keyboard just like this system. This design is based on the wireless monitoring system of YanTai city streetlight, and is mainly about improvement of present system in hardware and software parts. With advanced MCU, this system applies FFT to filter high frequency noise. Not only does this simplify hardware design, but it is also of great flexibility, especially when applied to different signal input. As for this design’s practicability, the author pays more attention to its reliability and utility, and gets satisfactory effect.
