智能供弹臂控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本文对智能供弹臂控制系统进行了研究,该课题是南京理工大学“211”工程实验室建设项目,研究和开发用于火炮模块化多功能综合实验平台的智能供弹装置为背景。在智能供弹臂控制系统的总体设计中采用集中控制方式、伺服级采用电液伺服机构、系统控制中采用PID控制算法;为了更好研究智能供弹臂控制问题,建立了智能供弹臂二连杆动力学模型;在智能供弹臂控制系统设计中,采用了开放式集中计算机控制系统,利用VB编制了智能供弹臂控制系统软件;根据供弹臂语音警报功能要求,采用ISD1420语音芯片与单片机相结合,开发了语音警报系统;针对智能供弹臂控制系统进行了抗干扰设计,提出了几条提高系统抗干扰措施。通过实际调试运行,结果表明智能供弹臂控制系统具有良好的控制效果。

【Abstract】 In the dissertation, it is studied on the Control System of Intelligent Manipulator. The subject is a laboratory project of "211" project in Nanjing University of Science and Technology, whitch is about researching and developing a shell intelligent transportationed device for modularized multifunctional synthesized artillery experimental platform. In the system design of Control System of Intelligent Manipulator, the project is adopted the mode of centralized control, electricity-liquid servo mechanism and the control arithmetic of PID. In order to research on the control problem of Intelligent Manipulator, it is founded the two connecting rod dynamical model of Intelligent Manipulator. In the design of Control System of Intelligent Manipulator, it is adopted the opened centralized computer control system, and developed the software that is "Control System of Intelligent Manipulator" with VB. Based on the phonic alarming functional demand of Intelligent Manipulator, it is developed the Phonic Alarming System with MCS-51 microprocessor and ISD 1420 voice chip. It is carried through the design of anti-interference to Intelligent Manipulator, and put forward some advancing system’s anti-interference measures.Through actual debugged and run , it is proved that the Control System of Intelligent Manipulator has a good effect.
