基于神经模糊控制的火炮伺服系统设计

【摘要】 本文针对火炮伺服系统的机电系统联合设计进行了一定的研究,主要包括以下几个方面:①分析了火炮伺服系统的各个组成部分,在对伺服系统不产生影响的前提下对各个部分进行了简化,建立了火炮伺服系统的三维实体模型,并依照实际参数建立了火炮伺服系统的虚拟样机。②建立了火炮伺服系统的控制策略,根据模糊控制和神经网络的原理,构建了神经模糊控制器,并结合经典的PID控制建立了复合控制器。提出了由神经网络来记忆模糊控制规则的方法,并采用自调比例因子的方法来实现智能控制。③在Matlab中利用上述控制算法结合系统的虚拟样机对伺服系统进行了机电联合仿真,得到了不同信号下系统的各项指标,并进行了有关伺服部件的动力学分析。④对火炮发射时对伺服系统的影响进行了研究,预测了火炮发射时伺服系统性能的变化。

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the study of electromechanical combined design of the artillery servo system. The main contents are included as follows: (D The composition of the artillery servo system is analyzed, and those parts if their impact on the system can be ignored are simplified. A three dimension model and virtual prototype of the artillery servo system is established based on practical parameters. (2)The control strategy of the artillery servo system is presented in the light of the principle of fuzzy control and neural network, the proposed controller contains the classical PID control and neuro-fuzzy control. The regulations of fuzzy control are memorized by neural network and The input scaling factors of the fuzzy controller is on-line adjusted to obtain better control performance. (3)The simulation with Matlab is conducted employing the control strategy and the virtual prototype of servo system of artillery, the system responses under different signals are gained and dynamics responses about parts of servo system is also obtained. (4)The impact on the servo system during the process of the artillery fire is studied, the performance of the servo system when the artillery is firing are predicted.
