6 Sigma质量管理在快捷(无锡)公司工序优化项目中的应用研究

【摘要】 质量代表了一个国家的科学技术、生产水平、管理水平和文化水平,产品质量的提高,意味着经济效益的提高。当今世界经济的发展正经历着由数量型增长向质量型增长的转变,市场竞争也由价格竞争为主转向质量竞争为主。 6 sigma品质理论是一套建立在统计学基础上的质量管理系统模式,它的应用是以具体的项目形式展开并使用非常严密的方法来提高过程控制能力。6 Sigma质量的本质是不断减少偏差,持续追求高品质,目前在国际上6 Sigma实质上已成为完美无缺的代名词,是企业永远追求的目标。 本文通过对6 Sigma质量管理的基本方法和常用工具的剖析,结合6 Sigma质量管理的基本方法和常用工具在快捷半导体(无锡)有限公司工序优化项目中的实际运作,对6 sigma质量管理的基本方法和常用工具展开应用性研究。在研究过程中,本人结合本公司推行的QS9000质量体系,对6 Sigma质量管理的常用工具作了一定程度的拓展和补充。

【Abstract】 Quality has been a specific symbol, which stands for a country’s science and technology, productivity, management and culture level. It has been predicated that higher quality product can gain more profit. Nowadays, the worldwide economic development is undergoing the conversion from quantitative increment to qualitative increment. The competition existed in the market is also going through the conversion from price competition to quality competition.6 Sigma quality theory is a statistically based quality management system. The application of this theory is to depend on detailed projects and rely on a set of rigorous methodology to improve process control. Its essence is to continuously reduce variance and pursue higher quality. Nowadays, 6 Sigma has actually stood for perfection at a certain extent and it has been the permanent goal for all enterprises.This article at first expatiated on the basic methods and normal tools of 6Sigma quality management. The purpose is to initiate the application research for the basic methods and tools of 6 Sigma quality management through the actual operation of the specific project about Process Optimization in Fairchild Semiconductor (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.. During the process of the research, I also introduced some additional useful tools that come from QS9000 quality system to extend the scope of the basic tools.
