3米滚珠丝杠副综合导程测量仪的改造设计及仪器误差分析、补偿

【摘要】 本文就滚珠丝杠综合导程误差检测进行了测量原理的分析研究,并对3米滚珠丝杠综合导程动态测量仪的控制及检验部分进行了系统设计。 作为误差分析补偿的基础,对仪器的各检测、控制部分的原理做了简单叙述,并对自设计的温度检测部分进行了详细的阐述。 另外,本文还着重对仪器的误差来源进行了分析,对部分误差源的补偿提出了可实施的补偿方法。最后通过软件优化编程,完成了系统的数据采集、误差计算及误差补偿。为后续处理做了充分、可靠的准备。
【Abstract】 The measuring principle of the comprehensive error detection of the ball screw’s pitch is expounded in this paper. Basing on the above principle, we develops a system design of the controlling and measuring part of 3 meter dynamic measuring instrument.The principle of the controlling and measuring part is described in brief, which is the base of error analysis and error compensation, and then the temperature test is described in detail.In addition, the sources of the instrument’s error are analyzed with the emphasis. And a part of them is compensated by some feasible method. Finally, data acquisition, error calculus and error compensation are carried out by means of optimizing program designing, which prepare for the subsequent analysis adequately and reliably.
