NJG-427发动机LPG控制系统研究与开发

【摘要】 针对我国传统化油器式发动机的市场占有率仍较高的现状,并结合我国有关的规定,有必要对化油器式发动机进行LPG燃料发动机的改装,以充分利用现有化油器式发动机资源,延长其使用寿命,降低不必要的巨大浪费。为了开发一种经济实用、安全可靠的LPG燃料发动机控制系统,南京理工大学与南京跃进发动机有限公司进行合作,针对NJG427A5化油器式发动机进行LPG单燃料发动机控制系统的设计与开发。在兼顾技术与改装成本的基础上,本文首先提出了对该发动机进行改装的实施方案,并在此方案的基础上构划出该发动机控制系统的总体控制框架,由此研制出控制系统的硬件部分。然后对G427发动机的有关性能与参数进行测试,在此基础上设计出控制系统的软件部分。最后将所开发出的发动机控制系统进行装机实验。实验取得了预期效果。

【Abstract】 Aimed at the status that the market occupancy ratio of the carburetor engine is still upper, and associated with the related laws in our country, it is necessary to refit the carburetor engine into the single-fuel engine of LPG. It can be helpful to make full use of the recent resource of the carburetor engine, and to prolong life, and to lower huge unwanted waste. In order to develop a kind of control system of LPG single-fuel engine, which must be economic and practicable, as well on the safe side, NJST and Nanjing Yuejin Engine LMD. cooperate to design and develop the engine control system applying to NJG427A5 engine. On the base of the technology and the refitting cost, the scheme is put forward firstly to refit the carburetor engine, and then the whole frame of control system is laid out, and the hardware of this system is designed and produced. Then the related performances and parameters of the engine are tested, and based on it, the software of the control system is worked out. At last, the developed engine control system is experimented and adjusted after it is installed on the engine. The experiment is very effective just as expected.
