协同产品开发中的工作流管理技术研究

【摘要】 协同产品开发中的工作流管理技术是现代制造企业实施分布式网络化制造战略的使能技术。协同产品开发是网络化制造环境下现代企业组织生产的主要特征，有利于缩短企业产品开发周期，降低成本，提高质量，从而赢得市场竞争的胜利。工作流管理技术能够更好地管理和优化经营过程，能够实现现代企业产品开发中的“在正确的时间把正确的信息传给正确的参与者”的要求，现已成为企业界和研究领域的热点。 在分析了网络化协同产品开发环境特点和工作流管理系统的功能结构的基础上，建立了协同产品开发环境中工作流管理系统的整体框架，为全文的研究奠定了基础。工作流的分布性是网络化环境中工作流技术的主要特征。 论文基于Petri网理论，运用面向对象技术，并引入时间因素，建立了面向对象的赋时Petri模型(Object Oriented Timed Petri Net，简称OOTPN)。基于面向对象赋时Petri网的工作流模型具有多种分析手段，可以用来对Petri网的性质进行分析，例如Petri网的活性(Liveness)。 工作流执行服务是工作流管理系统的核心功能，负责工作流管理系统的运行控制。论文主要研究了事件—条件—动作(ECA)规则的形式化描述及其在工作流运行控制中的应用。 通过对协同产品开发中工作流管理系统的体系结构和工作流管理相关技术的研究，论文最后介绍了协同产品开发中的工作流管理系统实现与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Workflow management in cooperative product development environment is the enabling technology, which is used by modern manufacturing enterprises to carry out the stratagem of distributed web-based manufacturing. Cooperative product development is the main characteristic of modern enterprises organizing production in the web-based manufacturing environment, which is in favor of shortening the product developing cycle, reducing the cost, improving the quality and finally succeeding in the market competition. By using the workflow management system, modern enterprises can manage and optimize business process efficiently and can realize the requirement of "sending correct participants the correct information at the correct time" in product development environment. The workflow management technology has gained popularity in enterprises and researching fields.Based on the analysis of the feature of cooperative product development and the function structure of workflow management system, the architecture of workflow management system in the cooperative product development environment is set up in this paper, which is the foundation for other parts of this paper. The distribution of workflow is the main characteristic of the workflow technology in the web-based environment.Based on the theories of Petri nets and object oriented technology, this paper imports factors of time and sets up model of Object Oriented Timed Petri Net. Workflow model of Object Oriented Timed Petri Net has many analyzing methods, which are used to analyze the nature of Petri nets, such as liveness.Workflow executing service is the kernel function of workflow management system, which is responsible for the runtime control of workflow management system. This paper mainly discusses the formalization description of Event-Condition-Action(ECA) rules and its application in workflow runtime control.According to the research on the architecture of the workflow management system and its relevant technology, the realization method and the application of the system are introduced in the end.更多还原
