国有中小企业扭亏增盈策略研究与实践

【摘要】 本文基于对国有中小企业的现状及存在问题的分析，运用理论分析与实证的方法，深入剖析导致国有中小企业经济效益低下乃至亏损的原因，提出要进一步深化改革，转换经营机制。国有中小企业制度必须创新，建立现代企业制度，重建企业内部管理机制。国有中小企业效益的提高要通过经营方式的转变、内部管理机制的建立、产品结构的优化调整等措施来实现。 本文紧密结合当前国有中小企业改革的总体形势，对国有中小企业建立现代企业制度的具体方式提出了自己的见解。并结合海南柳琼工程机械实业联合公司扭亏增盈的目标进行实践，取得了预期的效果。 本论文具有现实意义，针对性较强，具有实践性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the view of the present situation and problems of the state-owned middle-small enterprises, and with of theoretical analysis and position analysis, this paper analysis the factors which cause low benefits in the state-owned middle-small enterprises, even deficit, the writer proposes that the that owned enterprises must be reformed deeply, and the operation system should be changed. A new system of the state-owned middle-small enterprises must be created, establishing the modern enterprises system, and recreating its internal managerial system . The benefit of the enterprise can be improved by the way of changing the operation system, creating internal managerial system, optimizing and rearranging structure of the product, etc.This paper puts forward its own opinion on the specific way for establishing the modern corporate system, and puts forward the tactics for enterprise to make up deficits and increase surpluses combining with the pritice of Hainan Liuqiong engineering machinery enterprise unit company, these actions get the anticipative purpose.This paper has practical significance, and its proposal, its practice and countermeasures are easy to operate.更多还原
