国有大中型企业研究与开发人员激励机制研究

【摘要】 国有大中型企业在我国经济中处于主导地位,要使国有大中型企业保持可持续性发展,必须坚持以技术创新为导向。研究与开发人员是技术创新的实施者,调动研究与开发人员的创新积极性是促进技术创新成功的前提条件。本文围绕国有大中型企业研究与开发人员激励机制进行论述,提出从物质和精神两方面进行激励。 本文首先论述了国有大中型企业进行技术创新的必要性及其创新的优势与劣势;然后论述了研究与开发人员的需要及激励现状;对研究与开发人员的物质激励从绩效评估、薪酬管理、股票期权三方面进行阐述;精神激励从培训、构建学习型组织、企业文化三方面进行阐述;论文的最后部分是对研究与开发人员激励的案例。

【Abstract】 State-owned large and medium-sized enterprises play a leading role in nation’s economy, in order to ensure state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises to maintain sustainable development, we must insist on the policy of technology innovation. Research &development staff are the executive persons of technology innovation, it is essentially prerequisite to arouse the enthusiasm of research & development staff in order to promote technology innovation to get success. The paper discusses the incentive measures of research & development staff in state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises, making a suggestion that we should encourage research &development staff both in material aspect and spiritual aspect.The paper first discusses the necessity of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises to conduct technology innovation, its superiority and inferiority of innovation; then discusses the demands of research & development staff and the present conditions to be incented; the material incentives include performance appraisal, salary management and stock option; spiritual incentives include training,establishing learning organization and enterprise culture; the last section is a case of encouraging research & development staff. ’
