江苏长荣钢铁有限公司30万吨轧钢生产与运作管理的研究

【摘要】 本文对江苏长荣钢铁有限公司轧钢与生产运作过程进行了分析研究，重点研究了该公司机构设置，生产计划管理，物料管理及设备维护体制。本文还对该公司轧钢生产能力进行了测定。 通过分析研究，该公司组织机构比较精干，呈明显的扁平化特征；由于该公司实行专业化生产，因此其生产计划具有单一性、重复性、持久性、计划成本低并尽量将一种规格的产品集中在一个时间段生产等特征；在物料管理方面，由于轧钢生产的特殊性，用传统的ABC方法进行管理有其不足，对物料的重要性进行评价并分类管理更具适应性。本文用这种方法研究了该公司的物料管理现状，对其有效性进行了评价，同时还对该公司物料的缺货成本进行了计算。本文用预防维修的观点研究了该公司的设备维修体系。经测定，该公司有年产30万吨轧钢能力。 最后，本文给出了建议和结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the working process of rolling mill in JIANGSU CHANGRONG STEEL CO.,LTD, the author studies the production and operation management in rolling mill on organization construction, productive capacity , plan materials management , equipment maintenance etc.The issue shows that the company’s organization is efficient and flat consutrution. For specialized manufacture, the plan appears single, repeating, and lower cost if plan fails. Also it is best to concentrate same size products, produced during certain time. To material management, specializing material by importance is better than which by ABC method. The issue calculates the loss on lacking materials. By calculating, the works has the capacity of three hundred thousands MT per yeas.In the end there gives some conclusions and suggestions.更多还原
