对中国摩托车企业国际化经营战略的思考

【摘要】 在世界经济一体化和中国加入WTO的背景下,我国摩托车企业的国际化经营问题成为发展战略中重要的组成部分。本论文在解析企业国际化经营战略理论的基础上,分析国际国内摩托车行业的状况,提出了中国摩托车企业国际化经营的一般模式,并对本人所在单位——隆鑫集团的国际化经营战略进行了实证分析。

【Abstract】 Under home and abroad circumstances of economic globalization and china’s join in WTO sooner or later, besides of above background, the emphasis of strategy has shifted from home market to abroad market in our motorcycle enterprises. It seems to be credible that mindlessness and no long-term plan have existed in our enterprises when they develop oversea market because of less experience of international management. From this angle, this article has fully analyzed the theory of international management (especially, value chain theory, competition strategy theory), and built up the common model which is appropriate to our enterprises’ international management according to the conditions of motorcycle enterprises, motorcycle technology, motorcycle market in home and aboard. On this basis, a positive analysis on my company, Loncin has additionally been provided.
