【Abstract】 This dissertation begins with the research on the Nanjing New City Shopping Mall, emphasizes on the feasibility of the subject, comprises of the bases and principle of the feasibility research, market investigation and analyses, target design and courses, operating modes, investment estimation and capital collection, financial evaluation, and make the overall evaluation to the whole subject.I expect that the concerning design thinking and implement scheme can be used for reference and instruction to the exploration and construction of the emerging new type of commercial modes.更多还原
