固体火箭发动机CAD系统的研究与软件开发

【摘要】 本文将固体火箭发动机设计与计算机辅助设计相结合,建立了一套固体火箭发动机计算机辅助设计系统软件(简称RECAD),整个系统软件集成了计算分析、数据库管理系统和工程绘图三个子系统。计算分析子系统包括火箭发动机总体优化设计、内弹道计算、热力参数计算、发动机壳体应力有限元分析、结构特征值计算、质点外弹道计算、点火装置的设计计算。数据库管理系统建立了一些常用材料数据库、常用参数数据库及火箭发动机产品数据库,并建有完整的管理系统支持对这些数据库进行修改、查询、增加和删除。工程绘图可以绘制二维曲线图和零部件图,其中二维曲线包括有内弹道压(推)力—时间曲线、质点外弹道动态模拟曲线;零部件图包括有标准螺栓与螺纹孔、燃烧室结构图、装药设计截面图、连接底结构图、喷管结构图及火箭发动机总体装配图。整个系统具有十分友好的用户界面,只需通过给出一定原始数据,就可实现用户的设计工作并支持对原始数据修改完成用户对设计的修改。经过实例测试,证明该软件系统具有一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 In this paper, solid rocket motor design theory is combined with computer-aided design method and a solid rocket motor computer aided design (RECAD) system has been set up, which is composed of three child system which are calculation analysis, database management system and engineering drawing. The child system of calculation analysis includes the optimization design of total parameters of solid rocket motor, the calculation of internal trajectory, the calculation of thermodynamic parameters, the limited element analysis for stress of motor shell, the calculation of structure characteristic parameters, the calculation of particle external trajectory, the design and calculation of the ignition device. Database management system consists of some standard material database, standard parameter database and solid rocket motor product database. A complete management system is founded, which support to modify, look up, append and delete these database. Engineering drawing system can draw two dimension curve graphs, main detail drawing and assembly drawing. The curve of internal trajectory and dynamic simulation of particle external trajectory. The detail drawing includes the graph of chamber, grain design, connection body, nozzle, some standard part. This system software have good interface for the user. This system software can finish the user’s design through user input some basic datum, and it support the user modify his design by modify the basic datum. An example of solid rocket motor design proved that the RECAD system software is effective and convenient in solid rocket motor design.
