柳州空压机集团资本运营管理研究

【摘要】 随着国有企业改革的发展，资本运营已成为经营管理的重要内容。“十五大”以来国家不断出台的政策，为企业创造了有利时机。如何运用资本运营的方式增强企业的核心能力，是当前我国企业面临的重要课题。因此，本文对资本运营理论进行深入的探讨和研究。首先，本文对资本运营理论进行了系统的分析，研究了资本运营的规律，重点阐述了资本运营的核心原则，探讨了实现企业的资本增值，获取企业核心能力的途径——内部管理型战略和外部交易型战略的有效运用。其次，以资本运营理论为基础，以柳州空压机集团有限公司为对象，采取定性与定量方法相结合，系统分析了柳州空压机集团有限公司所面临的问题。最后，针对空压机集团存在的问题，提出公司发展最终之路：企业必须进行资本运营。希望能对空压机集团有所帮助，同时，也希望本文的研究对其它企业具有一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the reform in the state owned enterprises, the capital operation has been playing an important role in the enterprise management. The 15th congress of Chinese Communist Party has brought favorable opportunities for the enterprises. How to exert capital operation in order to enhance the core capability of the enterprises is an important task to which our enterprises have to face up. In this case, the author makes further discussion and study of the theory of capital operation in this paper.First, the paper analyzes systematically the capital operation theory and studies its rules. It stresses on expatiating the kernel and the principle of capital operation, and probes into the approaches for realizing the capital increment and gaining core capability, i.e. exerting efficiently the internal management type strategy and the external bargaining type strategy.Next, basing on the capital operation theory, the paper also analyzes systematically the problems the company is facing now with qualitative and quantitative methods.Finally, aiming at the existing problems of the company, the paper proposes a feasible way that the company ends up to fellow: the enterprise should exert capital operation. It is expected to be of help to the company. In the meantime, the author hopes the study in this paper will be used for reference by other enterprises.更多还原
