纺织企业现代生产管理模式探讨与实践

【摘要】 现代世界纺织业管理的发展已向大规模、少层次的方向发展,柳州传统的纺织生产管理模式已远不能适应当今的全球经济一体化的需要,学习和借鉴国内外的生产管理模式、加强学习、研究并加以推广和通用,是十分必要的。本文简要阐述了现代生产管理的基本理论,介绍了国内外具有代表性的几种生产管理模式,并对中国、美国(MRP-Ⅱ)、日本(JIT)生产管理模式从6个方面进行了较系统、全面的分析比较,在此基础上,从中国的纺织业运用MRP-Ⅱ和JIT所面临的障碍和条件及当今的生产管理模式的发展着手,探讨了广西柳州市第三棉纺织厂引进38台剑杆织机技改项目以及该项目的生产管理模式的新的框架。

【Abstract】 The management of modern textile industry in the world has already developed toward large scale and less level. Traditional mode of production management in Liuzhou has already been far from the requirement of global economy integrity. It’s quite necessary to study and use for reference the mode of productionmanagement home and abroad, and study further and promote it and put it into practice.The paper makes a concise exposition of basic theory of mode of modem production management and introduces several representative modes of production management home and abroad. It makes a systematic and thorough analysis on the modes of production management in China, the United States and Japan from six respects. On the basis above and commencing with the obstacles and conditions the Chinese textile industry faces when applying MRP- II and JIT and with the development of mode of production management nowadays, the paper discusses the new frame of technology transformation project which Guangxi Liuzhou No.3 Textile Factory introduces 38 rapier wearing machine and the mode of production management on this project.
