【Abstract】 This paper base on the operation of Younger Niche Logistics Shanghai Ltd., the USA wholly owner third party logistics company. The paper introduces the modern logistics status; the general logistics theory development and the modern logistics theory; the concept of 3PL and International Logistics; the latest technology and equipment development of logistics. Imports the e-business concept and e-business influence the logistics development to the future - lead logistics provider .The paper discuss from the strategy, tactics and operation of third party logistics. At last, it is made a final conclusion and it is match to the topic of this paper - how to set up value added service platform, how to restructure the supply chain resource at the platform, and improve the value added service of supply chain.更多还原
