关于发展我国文化旅游的几个问题

【摘要】 近年来,人们的闲暇时间大大增加,如何提高闲暇消费质量,促进人的全面发展,已成为一个迫切需要解决的重要课题。而旅游是人们进行闲暇消费的重要内容。随着生活水平的提高,人们对精神文化消费需求越来越多,要求大力发展文化产业。文化旅游正适应以上需求。文化旅游是一种高层次的旅游,也是文化产业新的增长点。 当前,全国各地都在大力发展文化旅游,有的地区的文化旅游资源得到了合理充分的开发,但总的来说,国内大多数的地区的资源开发还存在许多问题:有些资源尚未得到充分的开发,资源优势还没有转化为文化优势;有些旅游经营者缺乏战略眼光,造成对文化资源进行掠夺式的开发,甚至破坏了文化资源;体制还不健全,资金投入不足;有些旅游者的旅游消费力还不高。 本文针对以上问题,借鉴国内外的一些成功经验,提出了以下对策:1、大力开发文化旅游资源;2、充分挖掘、利用历史文化遗产;3、举办形式多样、文化品位高的旅游节庆活动;4、加强各文化旅游景点之间的联系,使其从不同侧面表现有地方特色的消费文化;5、以开发促保护,实现文化旅游的可持续发展;6、开发有地方特色、文化内涵丰富的旅游商品;7、完善与发展文化旅游的配套措施。

【Abstract】 Recently, with the great adding of people’s leisure time, how to improve the leisure consume quality and promote the people’s whole development has become an important thesis to solve. However, tour is the important content of leisure consume. With the improvement of living condition, people need more and more spiritual culture demands and it is required to develop culture industry. Culture tour just meets above demands.Now, all locals try to develop culture tour, and resources of culture tour have been exploited rationally and completely in some locals. But in brief, the resources exploitation of most locals still has many problems: some resources haven’t gotten complete exploitation, and resources advantage has not transformed to culture advantage; some tour managers lack strategic foresight, which results in predatory exploitation and even damage to culture sources; system is not perfect yet and it leads to the lacking of capital input; some tourists have not enough tour capability.Aiming at above questions and drawing some successful experience of inside and outside, this article gives strategies as follow: 1. Exploit culture resources energetically; 2. Dredge and utilize historical culture legacies; 3. Hold all kinds of high cultural quality tour celebration and activities; 4. Strengthen the relations among every culture tour scenic spots and make them embody different facets of consume culture tour with local color; 5. Promote protection by exploitation and realize continuable development of culture tour; 6. Exploit tour goods with local color and rich culture content; 7. Consummate and develop the measures to match with culture tour.
