【摘要】 文化有广义和狭义之分，从狭义上讲，文化是指关系到人类社会的思想理论、道德情操、科学教育、文学艺术、法律宗教等精神意识方面的总和。从广义上讲，是指人的有目的活动结果，即人们在认识世界、改造世界的社会历史发展过程中所创造和积累的物质财富和精神财富的总和，包括物质文化、精神文化等一切“人化”的事物。先进文化是指符合人类社会发展方向，体现社会生产力发展要求，代表社会成员最基本利益，反映时代潮流发展的文化，是一切优秀历史文化的荟萃，是时代精神的精华，是人类精神文明的结晶，是推动社会持久发展的精神动力，是社会发展的灵魂。先进文化在历史发展中，是一种进步力量。 历史选择了中国共产党，中国共产党的诞生就是人类先进文化的精华——马克思主义与中国工人运动相结合的产物。党的第一代领导集体核心毛泽东提出了新民主主义文化纲领，邓小平作为党的第二代领导集体核心提出精神文明建设论。以江泽民为核心的中共第三代领导集体在领导全国人民建设有中国特色社会主义实践中，根据社会发展的需要，结合时代特点，提出了建设有中国特色社会主义文化论。并明确指出，当代中国建设有中国特色社会主义文化，就是发展先进文化。 中国共产党建设先进文化的历史进程表明，中国共产党始终代表中国先进文化前进方向。因此，在指导思想上，牢牢确立马克思主义在意识形态领域里的指导地位，坚持毛泽东思想、邓小平理论，用“三个代表”重要思想统领社会主义文化建设。加强社会主义思想道德建设，为社会进步提供精神动力。充分发挥人民群众在文化建设中的主力军作用，让人民群众充分享受到文化建设所带来的利益。既继承中华民族优秀传统文化，又借鉴外来文化的精华。中国共产党只有牢牢把握先进文化前进方向，才能做好“代表”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Culture can be defined in a wide and narrow sense. In a narrow sense the culture is the sum total of thought and theory, ethic and sentiment; science and education, arts and literature, law and religion with respect to the human society. In a wide sense it is the result of human perposeful activities. It is the sum total of the materials and spiritual achievements created and accumulated by people during the social and historical development in accumulated and transforrming the world. It includes the all "humanized" things such as material culture and spiritual culture and so on, Advanced culture is a culture fits the diection of the human society development and epitomized the requirements of the social productivity development and represents the fund-mental interests of the social members and reflects the development of the times. It is a galaxy of all outstanding historical culture and a cream of times spirit and a crystallication of human spiritual civilica-tion. It is a spiritual force in pushing the society developing further. It is the soul of the social development. Advanced culture is a progressive force in the process of historical development.The CPC is choosed by history, the founding of the CPC is the product of combination of the quientessence of the advanced humanculture-Maxism and Chinese workers movenent. Mao Zedong thecore of the first generation collective leadership of the CPC puts forward the culture platform of the New Democracy. As the core of the second generation collective Leadership of the CPC Deng xiaoping puts forward the theory of the spiritual civilization construction. The third generation collective Leadership of the CPC with Jiang Zemin at the core puts forward the theory of constructing the social culture with Chinese characteristics according to the requirements of social development and integration the characteristics of the times in the practice of leading all Chinese people constructing a socialism with Chinese Characteristics. He also points out dearly. In comtemporary China, thatconstruct a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics aims to develop an advanced culture.The historical process of the advanced culture construction of the CPC displays that the CPC always represents the orientation of the Chinese advanced culture. Therefore as a guiding thought we must firmly establish Maxism at the quiding position in the ideological realm and stick to Mao Zedong thoughts Deng Xiaoping theory and outline the socialist culture construction with the important "Three Presents" thought and strengthen socialist ideological ethic construction as a spiritual force for social progress. We must give the mass a full play as the main force in the culture construction and let the peopole fully enjoy the benefits brought by the culture construction. Not only inherit the Chinese outstandingtraditial culture but also absorb the essence of the foreign culture.
