丰盈人性:当代道德教育的应然追求

【摘要】 人性的完善是人类追求的终极价值和目的。人是教育的目的,人不能无精神,道德教育亦不能无精神。建构人的精神完园,启发人的生存意义,将人生引向对精神的追求,成就丰满的人性,使人成为完善的人,应当成为道德教育的根本追求。本文即对这一问题进行了理论上的阐释与探讨,全文共分四部分: 第一部分:人性与道德教育的关系。道德教育与人性有着密不可分的关系,道德植根于人性,反过来,道德教育又能提升和完善人的人性。 第二部分:丰盈人性的道德教育的背景、依据与可能。人是拥有无限发展空间和潜在价值的未完成的动物,人又是有自我意识的存在,还以实践为根本存在方式,这些为人的不断创造和超越提供了可能,使人性发展和完善获得了永恒。 第三部分:丰盈人性的道德教育的核心内容。包括对精神家园的智慧追求——探真;精神家园的德性关怀——求善;精神家园的意义提升——寻美。 第四部分:丰盈人性的道德教育的途径和方法。精神的发展是精神本身内在的创造性活动,不是靠外在的灌输和强制能达成的。精神的成长主要是人在交往中通过心灵的理解和体验而获得。

【Abstract】 Perfect of human nature is fine value and target. Human is the aim of education. Human can not lose his spirit as well as moral education. The essential pursuit of moral education in the contemporary era is to construct spirit homeland, to enlighten the significance of life, to lead him to the pursuit of spiritual value, to mould his mature nature, and makes him perfect. The thesis makes a systematic exposition in the definition. The thesis consists of four parts:Part I. Relation between human nature and moral education: Moral education and human nature are closely related, the emergence of morality stems from human nature, but on the other hand, moral education can promote and perfect human nature.Part II. The background, basis and possibility: Man is a being with enormous developing space and potential value, who possesses self-consciousness, and practice is the essential living means of human being. The condiction supplies human being with the possibility of contionous creation and transcendence and makes the development and perfection of human nature eternal.Part III. The coustruction: It includes the wit pursuit - the truth, the moral concern - the goodness and the meaning promotion - the beauty in the spiritual hmeland.Part IV. The way and the method: The development of spirit can not obtain through extrinsic feeding and force, the maturation of spirit can be obtained mainly through the understanding and experience of one’s soul in the social intercourse.
