潜水搅拌器的设计理论与实验研究

【摘要】 随着人类对自己生存环境关注程度的不断提高,人们必须考虑避免环境污染并力求能源的重复利用,污水处理是当今环境保护部门和企业解决环境污染中废水污染的一项重要措施,潜水搅拌器是一种新型、高效的潜水搅拌装置,适用于工业和城市污水处理场曝气池和厌氧池。本论文是结合江苏省社会发展计划项目“废水生物处理深层潜水曝气机及高效搅拌机研究”来完成的。潜水搅拌器主要由潜水电机、密封机构、转轮、手摇卷扬机构、电气控制等部分组成。潜水搅拌器转轮在电机的驱动下旋转搅拌液体产生旋向射流,利用沿着射流表面的剪切应力来进行混合,使流体以外的液体通过摩擦产生搅拌作用,在极度混合的同时,形成体积流,应用大体积流动模式得到受控流体的搅拌推流输送。 本文通过对潜水搅拌器设计理论的一些研究,总结出一套比较合理的设计方法,然后潜水搅拌器进行搅拌效果的数值模拟,分析出搅拌速度场,对数值结果进行分析和研究,最后对应用此方法设计生产出的两台潜水搅拌器进行实验研究,分析各种工况对功率、速度的影响,为以后的设计开发提出一些建议。 本文的主要工作有: 1.介绍潜水搅拌器转轮设计理论及方法,根据二维的设计方法,利用软件画出潜水搅拌器平面投影图、实现光滑性的检查。 2.利用三维造型软件Pro/ENGINEER造型,绘出三维立体图形,利用现有的CFD(Fluent)软件对三维立体图形进行数值模拟,根据分析的结果来调整与设计有关的几何参数,从而得到直观效果比较合理的搅拌流场; 3.对利用以上的设计理论及方法生产加工出的两台潜水搅拌器进行试验,对比效果是否能够满足要求; 4.最后对试验的结果综合分析,总结出一套比较合理的设计方法,为以后的研究提供一套合理的参考方法。

【Abstract】 Human think much to their living space, they must avoid environmental pollution and utilize energy sources repeatedly.Sewage disposition is an important measurement of the environment protection department and the enterprise dealing with environmental pollution. Submarine blender is a new pattern and efficient submarine equipment, it can be applied to aeration tank and anaerobic tank of the industry and city’s Sewage disposition factory. This paper is an accessorial project of the JiangSu province social developing project, namely sewage biologic deposition submarine blender’s manufacture and submarine blender is made up of submarine engine, sealed organization, rotating wheel, manual reeling organization, electrical system et. Blender’s wheel rotates and mixes liquid with the help of engine, it causes revolved efflux nozzle and mixes liquid taking advantage of shearing stress. At the same time it gives exterior liquid shearing stress, then carries exterior liquid by large volume flow.This paper studies the theory of blender designing, gains a suit of designing theory.Using this method we design blenders, we carry through numerical simulation and analysis the speed field of stirring field, studies numerical simulation, at last we do experimentation on blenders, contrasts the two results, bring forward some advice about designing blender.The main work is outlined hereinafter :1. A brief description of the theory and method of blender designing, designing blender by using program .2. Using PRO/ENGINEER software design blenders, using CFD software carry through numerical simulation, according to the result we adjust designed parameter.3. Based on the above theory and method, we product blenders and experiment them, contrast the result.4. At last we analysis the result, then conclude a suitable method.
