LR6105Q双燃料柴油机LPG供气系统应用设计

【摘要】 液化石油气(LPG)作为发动机的代用燃料在解决能源短缺和降低废气污染等方面具有独特的优越性,近年来一直是发动机研究工作者研究的热点。 本文在对LPG性能进行介绍分析的基础上,开发了一套电控LPG燃料供给系统,实现了原柴油机的双燃料运行;系统中的LPG供给采用高速电磁阀,系统控制硬件以飞利浦P87C552单片机为核心,配合合理的输入输出接口电路。并将开发的系统应用于洛拖LR6105Q型柴油机,对柴油机的原机排放与掺烧LPG的排放进行了对比。最后指出了系统开发与应用中存在的问题和拟采取的技术措施。

【Abstract】 As an alternative fuel of vehicle diesel engine, LPG (liquefied Petroleum Gas) can decrease the exhaust smoke of diesel engine effectively and solve the problem of energy shortage. For it is a hot-point problem, engine researcher have been paying much attention to it.After analyzing the performance of LPG, this paper provided an electronic controlling LPG fuel supply system to fulfill the function of dual fuel on the diesel engine. The system use the Philip 87C552 single-chip microprocessor as the CPU of the electronic control unit, with high speed valve as injector. The hardware development was discussed in detail in the paper. Also through the study on the modification of LR6105Q LPG/diesel oil engine, It shows that the safety and reliability are satisfactory. The emission performance experiment compared with original engine were made on the modification of LR6105Q LPG/diesel oil engine. The test results show that on the dual-fuel engine the exhaust smoke is greatly reduced. At last, the problem need to be solved were given, and the way to solve the problem were discussed.
