电控多点LPG喷射双燃料发动机排放性能研究

【摘要】 液化石油气LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas)作为发动机代用燃料在缓解能源短缺和环境保护方面有着良好的应用前景。LPG-柴油双燃料发动机以其排放性能良好、改装方便、使用灵活的优点正受到人们的重视。 但并不是所有的双燃料发动机都能达到良好的综合效果,如往往存在的失火、回火、爆震、HC和CO排放大大升高等问题,限制了它的推广应用。为此,本文通过对各个方案进行详细比较,选择了电控多点顺序喷射的供气方案;利用高速LPG喷射阀和自己独立开发出一套电子控制系统对LPG供气进行灵活地控制,实现了LPG的定时定量喷射,并把这套装置应用到中国一拖生产的LR6105Q12柴油机上,在对改装前后的发动机进行大量试验和分析的基础上,阐明了负荷、转速、掺烧比等因素对双燃料发动机的烟度、HC、CO等排放的影响情况,并且通过优化,最大限度地降低了发动机的烟度排放,同时使HC、CO排放限制在国家标准规定的范围之内。从而证明了该种改装方法能够产生良好的结果,提高了改装后发动机的工程应用价值。 本文比较详细地介绍了供气系统,也比较详细地对掺烧比调节原理进行了说明,最后对试验进行了分析处理。另外本文也对液态喷射条件和采用“喷射”的优点进行了初步地探讨。

【Abstract】 As an alternative fuel for internal combustion engine, LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) has excellent application prospect in solving the problem of energy shortage and serious environment pollution. LPG-diesel fuel dual fuel engine has been receiving more and more attention for its advantages such as good performance, convenient refitting and flexible use.But not every dual fuel engine can achieve outstanding comprehensive results. Generally, there are many problems such as misfire, backfire, knocking and sharply increased emissions of HC and CO, which cucumber its application. A LPG fuel supply system and an electronic control system were provided by this paper to fulfill the function of dual fuel on the diesel engine tested. Therefore, compared with each solution, electronically-controlled sequential LPG injection was preferred by this paper. The timing-and-quantitation precision injection of LPG was realized with high-speed LPG solenoid valve and a set of electronic control system, which was designed by the author and can flexibly control the gas supply system of LPG. Based on the analysis of experimental data got by comparing the performances before and after the application of the set of equipment on LR6105Q12 diesel engine, the effects of load, speed and replace ratio, etc on the emissions of smoke, HC and CO of dual fuel engine were expounded. Through optimization, the smoke emission was utmostly reduced and the emissions of HC and CO were within the government restriction. So it was proved that the engineering application value of the refitted engine wasimproved by this refitting method.Gas supply system and adjustment principle of replace ratio were introduced indetail and the experimental data was analyzed. The qualification of liquid injection and its merits were also explained in this paper.
