银屑病的发病与治疗的回顾性分析

【摘要】 目的：回顾性分析银屑病发病与治疗情况。 方法：综述近几年的文献，从银屑病的诱发因素，病情特点，发病机理等目前研究的状况以及临床上存在的问题着手，分析银屑病发病的特点与传统治疗学上的问题，结合目前中医中药与现代医学疗法治疗银屑病的研究进展，阐述银屑病目前常用的治疗方法。 结论：银屑病目前发病机理还不清楚，临床上是一种慢性、良性、炎症性、增生性皮肤疾病，治疗学上应控制其临床症状，减少病情复发，提高患者的生活质量。中西医结合疗法可以提高临床疗效，降低副作用，减少医疗费用，适合长期服用，比较容易达到我们的治疗目的，值得进一步研究与推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Retrospectiver analysis onset of illness and therapy of Psoriasis.Method: Summarizing the literatures in recently years, Summary the evoke factor, symptom behavior, mechanism, and analysis the proble existencing in clinic, refering the treatment progress in the traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine, explaining the commonly used ways in Psoriasis latreusiology.Conclusion: At present the machisnsm of Psoriasis is not phanero.ltis a kind of chronic, fine ,hyperplasia disease .At first we should control clinical symptom, at the same time decreasing the times of attacking repeatedly,improying the patiens living level. Combination of TCM and western medicine can rise clinical effect, reduce ill effect, decrease medical cost, easily achieve therapy purpose. The traditional Chinese medicine can be taken for long.
