大跨度预应力混凝土连续刚构桥设计、施工新技术及施工控制研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术和交通事业的发展,预应力混凝土连续刚构桥以其施工简便、造价经济、受力合理、行车舒适等独特优势在近年来得到了迅速崛起,主跨在200m~300m(甚至300m以上)的跨度时具有极强的竞争力。但由于它出现较晚,理论和经验还不十分完善,在修建过程中也存在一些技术上的问题。 本文以大保线金厂岭澜沧江大桥为依托,从施工、设计及施工监控几个方面对连续刚构桥进行了研究。 1.对大跨度桥梁悬臂浇筑施工的各种形式挂篮施工工艺进行了比较和总结,对连续刚构桥悬臂浇筑挂篮施工中重载轻型的发展趋势进行了展望,提出了一种用于解决重载轻型悬臂浇筑施工的新型桁架斜拉式组合挂篮,并进行了可行性分析计算和设计。 2.编制了BSCAS大跨度桥梁结构施工分析软件,从力学和有限单元法原理对桥梁结构计算图式的建立和结构离散化原理做了较为详尽的剖析,对程序的编制原理、功能以及适用范围做了详细的说明和讨论,提出了一些自己的认识和观点。并用实例对程序的可靠性进行了验证。 3.对大跨径连续刚构桥中多采用的群桩基础的简化模拟做了介绍。并对连续刚构桥上部结构设计中取消腹板弯起索、下弯索和连续束问题进行了探讨,从力学角度进行了分析研究。 4.对连续刚构桥上部构造的轻型化问题进行讨论和展望,并结合云南省大保线金厂岭澜沧江大桥,对连续刚构桥上部结构构思设计中整桥和分离式独立桥方案比选的重要性做了分析。 5.讨论了连续刚构桥施工监控的方法,对标高控制原理和参数修正作了分析,对连续刚构桥合拢的重要性、施工工序及配重问题进行了详尽的阐述。 本文所编制的BSCAS系统能较好地对桥梁施工各阶段模拟分析。同时,提出并设计的新型斜拉式组合挂篮是一种较为理想的重载轻型挂篮形式,在块件重量重的大跨度桥梁的施工中有较大的优越性。特别地,对保障山区大跨度桥梁混凝土浇筑质量有着极其重要的意义。

【Abstract】 With the development of science technology and traffic enterprise, the continuous rigid frame bridge has been growing up rapidly in the recent years with it’s unique predominance of handy construction, economical cost, reasonable internal force and comfortable travelling. It has strong competitive ability when the main span is in the range from 200m to 300m(even over 300m). But the theories and experience of it are not very perfect because of its relatively late appearance. There are still several questions in the construction.Relying on the Jinchangling Lancangjiang Bridge of Dabao Line in Yunnan province, three points include construction, design and constructional supervisory control have been engaged in research. ;1. The trend of the development of burden and light hanging basket in the cantalever construction of continuous rigid frame bridge has been prospected, the roof truss and cable-state composite hanging basket also has been designed by analyzing and comparing with other ones.2. Visual programming of the BSCAS(Bridge Structure Constructional Analysis System) is realized, the mechanism of establishment and discretization of diagrammatic drawing of bridge structure has been analyzed in details with the theory of mechanics and finite element method. At the same time, theory, function and applicability of the program have also been discussed in the paper.3. The simplification and simulation of group piles of foundation of continuous rigid frame bridge has been introduced. The cancellation of web bending reinforcement and continuous bar in upper structure of continuous rigid frame bridge is discussed with mechanics method.4. The light of Upper structure of continuous rigid frame bridge has been discussed in the paper.5. The method of closure of beam and control of elevation has also been analyzed in details.The BSCAS program can successfully simulate and analyze the behave of bridge structure in construction. At the same time, the roof truss and cable-state composite hanging basket in the paper is also an idea structure in bridge construction. Especially, the significance is obvious in mountain area.
