钣金件可视化数控自动编程技术研究

【摘要】 随着数控设备的普及,对数控自动编程技术提出了越来越高要求。因此本文在研究现有自动编程技术的基础上,结合当前数控自动编程的发展趋势,以钣金零件为对象,对可视化、交互式的数控自动编程技术及其原型系统进行研究。 论文开始简单介绍了数控编程技术的现状及其发展,对现有数控编程技术进行比较,结合钣金零件的结构特点,对基于实体特征参数化造型技术的可视化、交互式数控自动编程技术进行了研究,开发了一个可视化、交互式的钣金零件数控自动编程原型系统。 文中借鉴专家系统中推理与知识分离实现问题求解的技术方法和思想,完成了系统总体设计和功能模块划分。提出了基于关系数据库的工艺决策模型,实现了工艺知识数据与工艺决策程序的相对分离。以此模型下工艺决策推理的实现为目标,对工艺数据知识进行了分析、整理和结构设计,用关系数据模型实现了工艺知识的表达和存储。根据系统总体结构和设计目标,对系统中的各种关键技术:零件信息的参数化、交互式输入技术、展开图计算与自动生成技术、可视化模具交互选择方法、可视化刀具中心轨迹自动生成技术和可视化自动数控自动编程技术等进行了研究。 论文最后基于Visual Basic 6.0和Access 2000为开发平台,完成了原型系统的实例开发。实例运行表明,参数化、可视化、交互式的自动编程技术使数控编程非常直观、快速、不易出错,效率高,对数控编程技术的理论研究和应用发展具有一定的现实意义。

【Abstract】 With the popularity of NC machine, the requirement for the NC automatically programming technology is more and more highly raised. So, based on the research on the existed automated programming technology and combined with the concurrent developmental orient of NC automated programming, the thesis studies the viewable and reciprocal NC automatically programming technology and its prototype system for the sheet parts.At the beginning of the thesis, it tersely introduces the present condition and development of NC programming technology, and compares and analyses the current NC programming technology. Combined with the structural character of sheet parts, the thesis studies the viewable and reciprocal NC automatically programming technology based on the entity characteristic parameterized modeling technology, and develops a viewable and reciprocal NC automatically programming prototype system for sheet parts.In the paper, drawing lessons from technology approach and thought of finding the solution to problem by separating reason and knowledge in the specialist system, total construct and functional block dividing of system was completed. The thesis brings forward the technological decision-making model based on relation database, realizing the relative separation of technology knowledge data and technological decision-making program. To realize technological decision-making reason, on the basis of analyzing, arranging and constructing technology knowledge data, expression and storage of technology knowledge are realized. According to the destination of the total system construct, all sort of key technology are researched, for example, the parameterized and reciprocal inputting technology of parts information, calculation and automated born of spreading draft, viewable and reciprocal selection of mould, viewable automated born of cutlery center trail and NC program.Finally, in view of Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 2000, the thesis completes the specimen development of prototype system. From the result, it can be expressed that, because of using the parameterized, viewable and reciprocal programming technology, the NC programming is very intuitive, quick, uneasily going wrong and high efficient
