彩色钢板生产线关键控制技术研究与应用

【摘要】 彩色涂层钢板生产技术依托于冶金工业、化学工业和机械设备制造业,是上述三个行业科学技术的协作应用,其中传动控制技术为整个生产系统控制的基础。 论文通过对连续彩涂板交流变频调速拖动生产线各段张力和速度控制的要求和特点的研究,着重分析解决了开收卷机的张力控制和张力补偿方案、活套控制中的张力补偿方案、速度辊对间的负荷平衡控制、以及为实现各段速度间速度同步对活套的调节控制等。 此外,为了实现对面涂烘烤炉内带钢悬垂状态的PID控制,本论文还借助DDE(动态数据交换)技术完成了PID控制器参数整定计算程序和Allen-Bradley的上位机监控软件RSLinx相互间数据交换,PID控制器参数整定计算程序的人机交互界面和DDE通讯程序块用WIN32 API编程实现,实现参数整定计算的程序块用Matlab语言编程实现,通过Matlab与C的接口在WIN32 API程序中对其进行调用。该程序实现了PID控制器参数的离线整定计算以及回传,缩短了系统PID控制器的调试时间,提高了PID控制器控制的稳定性,减少带钢在炉内发生振荡。

【Abstract】 The technology of color coating line is based on the metal-lurgical industry, chemical industry and manufacturing. It is the synergetic application of the technology in these three industries . The driving motion control technology is the basic and important technology of the system.By researching the features of motor torque control and motor speed control in the system, the paper present the methods of tension control and tension compensation of winder and accumulators, the loads balance of speed rollers, and the adjustment to accumulator in order to synchronize the speed of different segment.In order to control the overhang line of steel belt in the heater by PID controller , the method of OFF-LINE PID PARAMETERS CALCULATION is applied. DDE is used to transfer the sampling data and the computed parameters as a result between PID parameters calculating program and RSLinx which is the monitor of running PLC in realtime. The PID parameters calculating process is programed with MATALAB Languge and is called in WIN32 API programs by using the interface to C Language. This method decrease the time of adjusting PID parameter and makes it possible to reduce the vibrating of steel belt.
