研究生创新能力培养的过程要素及整合的研究

【摘要】 研究生教育是我国最高层次的学历教育,培养具有创新能力的高层次创新型人才,是时代赋予研究生培养单位和研究生教育者的使命与责任。遵循学科发展和创新能力培养的规律,深入分析研究生创新能力培养的过程要素,并进行有效的整合与优化,充分挖掘、发挥培养过程要素的潜力,形成强大的培养合力,是实现研究生创新能力培养目标、提升研究生教育质量的根本保证。本文以研究生教育为背景,从研究生培养的三个重要环节切入,贯彻优化与整合的思路,对研究生创新能力培养作了初步的探讨。 本文首先分析研究生创新能力培养的背景,并通过对相关概念的界定,以及对研究生创新能力培养的内涵及要素的分析与梳理,从课程教学、科学研究、学位论文三个主要过程要素切入,论证了三者对研究生创新能力培养的不同作用,提出了三者内部要素的优化策略。 本文接着在深入分析了三个过程要素的内在联系的基础上,阐述了过程要素整合与优化以及三者之间的整合与优化的策略,主张通过过程要素的强大合力协同推进研究生创新能力的培养,达成高层次创新型人才培养的目标。 研究生创新能力的培养是一个系统工程,必须把教育理念与教育实践紧密结合起来,通过教育创新的实施与深化来实现。过程要素的整合与优化的理念应该切实贯彻到研究生创新能力培养的实践之中。文章最后结合我国研究生教育实际,提出了基于研究生创新能力培养的政策和建议,为过程要素的整合与优化提供有效保障。

【Abstract】 Graduate education is the highest level of diploma education in China. It is the task and responsibility set by our time for institute and individuals which educate graduate students to foster high level talented people with creativity. To follow the rule of the development of technologies and the incubation of creativity; to analyze the key elements in incubating creativity of graduate students; to integrate and optimize those key elements and then discover, promote their potentiality in order to form a great resultant force, are the critical guarantees to achieve the object of incubating creativity of graduate students and promote the quality of graduate education. Based on the three key procedures in graduate education, applying the conception of optimization and integration, this paper presents an introduction of incubating creativity of graduate students in graduate education.This paper firstly analyze the background of incubation creativity of graduate students, then by defining relating conceptions and analyzing the essentials and key elements in this procedure, we started from three main key procedures: curriculum, research and thesis, and prove their different effects in creativity-oriented graduate education. The strategy of internal optimization of these tree procedures is then presented.Based on analysis of the inherent relationship of three key procedures, the strategy of integration and optimization of these procedures individually and collectively is explained in this paper. We propose to promote the creativity of graduate students with large resultant force from the cooperation of different procedure to achieve the goal of fostering high level people with creativity. The creativity-oriented graduate education is a systematic project, which make the cooperation of conception and practice necessary and which should be accomplished by the implementation and deepening of innovation of education. The conception of integrating and optimizing key procedures should be put into the practices of incubating creativity of graduate students. In the last part of this paper, based on the specific situation of China graduate education, some policies and suggestions are proposed to provide guarantee for the integration and optimization of key procedures.
