舰船温湿度调节系统的优化设计及控制

【摘要】 本论文的研究工作来源于为海军提供除湿制冷设备的工程项目。对海军来说,由于海上湿度很大,加上夏天的高温天气,即在高温、高湿的环境下,给设备及舰艇工作人员带来诸多的危害。所以,海军对于可进行除湿、降温的温湿度调节系统的需求极为迫切。本研究即是围绕此需求而展开的。 首先,对除湿和制冷的诸多机理展开研究,探索具有环保、节能的除湿和制冷方法——干式固定床型除湿方案和太阳能固体吸附式制冷方案:用干式固定床型除湿代替目前常用的转轮式除湿,这已成功地投入我们的工程实施,运行高效;用太阳能固体吸附式制冷代替目前常用的蒸汽压缩机制冷。然后在此基础上,对除湿和制冷进行集成,组成一个完整的除湿制冷系统——太阳能开式循环除湿制冷系统,希望以此代替目前我们在工程中由干式固定床型除湿和蒸汽压缩式制冷所组成的集成系统。该系统保持了既有的功能,既可以单独进行除湿供干风或制冷供冷风运行,还可以进行除湿和制冷的协作供干冷风运行;并且整个系统的主要能耗来自太阳能,使其环保、节能。 其次,着重对在恶劣工作环境下,除湿制冷系统的控制系统进行设计,工程中选用了以可编程控制器为核心的控制系统。实际应用证明,该设计系统是一个简单实用、高效可行、可靠稳定的工程自动化测控系统,具有很强的推广应用价值。 本课题的研究,结合了实际工程项目的成功实施,在尽可能的情况下,为实际工程项目的进一步优化实施提供理论指导;并且对于开发新的环保、节能空调也有非常大的推广意义,相信本除湿制冷系统会有良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The research work of this thesis is derived fiom the project of providing the dehumidification and refrigeration equipment for our navy. As for navy, the high humidity surrounding by the sea is very harmful to the devices and man on the vessels, especially in the summer with high temperature and high humidity. So it is very necessary for navy to equip dehumidification & refrigeration adjusting system. My research work is carried out to this targetFirstly, I do my work on the many mechanisms of dehumidification & refrigeration, researching environment-protecting and energy efficient methods of dehumidification & refrigeration -- Dry Fixed Bed Dehumidification & Solar Energy Solid Absorption Refrigeratioa Dry Fixed Bed Dehumidification has been put in practice successfully instead of Wheel Dehumidificatioa Solar Energy Solid Absorption Refrigeration substitutes for Evaporation Compressor Refrigeratioa On the bases of the researching, I integrate Dry Fixed Bed Dehumidification with Solar Energy Solid Absorption Refrigeration into a whole system -- DCS, which is drived by solar energy. I hope this design can replace the integral system of Dry Fixed Bed Dehumidification & Evaporation Compressor Refrigeration in our present projectSecondly, most research work has done for the controlling system. According to requirement of running in the bed surrounding, PLC controlling system is recommended, which is proved running efficiently and reliably.The researching work is combined with our actual project, and it will provide rational guidance in theory for our project in the future as more as possible.
