工业投资项目经济评价方法及程序开发

【摘要】 经济评价是项目决策科学化的重要手段，是工业项目投资风险分析的基本依据。经济评价的核心是考察分析工业投资项目的经济效益和社会效益。本文阐述了工业投资项目经济评价的目的、意义，并通过系统调研国内外经济评价领域的最新成果，对工业投资项目建设的经济评价方法作了详细的研究，同时，结合了工业企业的实际，采用了部分经济评价方法，对几个典型项目作了分析计算，得出了相应的结论，同时，通过参加洪都航空工业集团工业投资项目经济评价软件的开发，描述了经济评价软件设计编制的诸多问题和经验，并从系统程序的设计思想、设计原则、模块结构、开发平台和编程工具等方面给予了充分的介绍，最后根据经济评价方法的研究和程序的实际运行效果及取得的经济效益进行了总结。本文分为六章，第一章对工业项目经济评分析实际应用目的、意义及当前国内外研究的动态、成果进行了阐述，并提出本课题研究的必要性和研究思路；第二章系统对工业项目的经济评价内容、基本概念及其相关问题进行了研究；第三章提出了工业项目经济评价分析的几种方法及构建的数学模型，并对其进行了理论分析；第四章利用研究方法对洪都集团某投资项目进行了案例分析，从而检验了研究方法的可信度；第五章详细介绍如何根据洪都集团公司项目投资需要，将研究方法程序化，开发出一个基于Windows9.x下的工业投资项目经济评价分析软件；第六章对工业投资项目经济评价分析的方法及程序实际应用效果进行总结，并对经济评价的深入研究作了进一步展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economic evaluation is an important means for making scientific decision to industrial investment projects, and also is a basis of industrial project investment risk analysis. The key of economic evaluation is to investigate and analyze its economic and social efficiencies of an industrial investment project. This thesis outlines the aim and the significance of the economic evaluation and studies in detail economic evaluation methods of industrial investment project construction, on the basis of the newest studying achievements in economic evaluation field at home and overseas. Meanwhile, the thesis adopts a number of economic evaluation methods for analyzing and calculating some typical projects and makes the relevant conclusions in combination with industry and enterprise realistic practice. Furthermore, through practicing in the software development of the economic evaluation of the industrial investment project for Hongdu Aviation Industry Group, the author studies a lot of problems and experiences in economic evaluation software design process, and puts forward the complete design thought, design principle, modular construction, software platform and programming tools. According to the study of the economic evaluation methods and the actual results of the program analysis, the author summarizes the obtained economic efficiency.This thesis consists of six chapters. Chapter 1 introduces the aim and significance of industrial project economic evaluation analysis as well as study trends and achievements at home and overseas, also points out the studying necessity and schemes of this subject. Chapter 2 systemically studies the basic conceptions, contents and related problems of industrial project economic evaluation. Chapter 3 presents several methods and mathematical models to analyze industrial project economic evaluation with working on their theoretical analyses. Chapter 4, through the methods, analyzes some investment project cases in Hongdu Group, so that the reasonableness and reliability of the study methods have been proven. Chapter 5 works over the programming method according to the project investment demands of Hongdu Group Company, and develops the economic evaluation analysis software of industrial investment project, on the Windows 9x platform. Chapter 6 summarizes the methods presented by this thesis and the results from the program application, meanwhile, prospects the further studies of economic evaluation.更多还原
