电力线为媒介的现场组网技术的研究

【摘要】 基于现场总线的数据采集系统是当前微机测控领域的一个有意义的发展方向,而实现以低压电力线为通信介质的数据采集网络是该领域的难点。论文主要介绍了以电力线和双绞线为通信介质的数据采集网络的研制工作及其在石油和航天等行业的应用尝试。本文根据不同的应用场合设计了两种不同性质的数据采集系统,在系统结构设计、硬件电路的设计、软件的设计等方面都有各自的特点,电力线网络侧重可靠性和易用性,双绞线网络侧重采集的高速和高精度。 论文工作注重与先进理论的结合运用,如在采集数据处理中引入数字滤波方法去除误差数据的影响;在滤波器设计中,运用经典滤波器设计理论去指导实际电路的构件与调试等。这些都在实际中获得良好的应用效果。 目前,一套采用低压电力线载波通信技术的采集网络已完成现场安装和调试,正式运用在工业采集现场。

【Abstract】 Data Acquisition system based on field bus is an interesting direction in SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition). But such system whose communication media is power line is a great difficulty. So the paper mainly introduces the R&D of data acquisition network whose communication media is twisted-pair and power line. In the paper two different kinds of data acquisition system have been designed for different application occasions. The two systems have their own characters on system structure, circuit and software designing. The power line data acquisition network is reliable and easy to put into use, and the other can meet this need of high speed and good accuracy.The paper emphasizes to combine advanced theory with practice. Such as we use digital filtering method to reduce the influence of noise and put classic filter theory into guiding circuit’s construction &debugging. All of these have made some good effects.At present, a suit of network system that employs the technology of low voltage power line communication had been installed and debugged, and it has been put into use on the spot of industrial data acquisition.
