三值光纤通信原理研究及电路设计

【摘要】 本文研究了线偏光波动理论以及在光纤中的传输原理,研究了三值光通信系统原理和器件原理;在此基础上,设计了三值光端机和在现有两值光纤网中实现三值光通信的3B2T三值光端机的组成结构,详细设计了3B2T三值光端机的电路组成部分(称为电信号变换电路SCC),包括:时钟同步模块、数据同步模块、码元变换模块、帧处理模块及差错检测和处理模块;而且在三值光纤通信基础上,提出了四值光通信的原理和偏分复用的实用化方法。 论文的研究内容有: 1、研究了三值光纤通信系统中继距离的计算方法,并给出了一个计算公式。提出了四值光通信的基本原理,设计了相应的光编/解码器。 2、设计了一种三值光端机和一种3B2T三值光端机的组成结构。 3、研究了SCC在PDH和SDH中使用的多种时钟同步策略。在此基础上设计了基于SCC准同步的一种时钟恢复实现电路和两种字符型起止式同步电路(实现了一种)。设计了正码速调整技术中快慢时钟的三种控制电路。 4、设计了基于FIFO和RAM的两种组帧和拆帧电路(实现了帧同步码检出);设计了两种3B4B编译码电路(实现了一种),针对NRZI、RZ和曼码各设计了一个编译码电路。 5、提出了三种解决滑码问题的方法,并设计了相应的电路。 6、对触发器的不确定性理论作了改进,讨论了触发器的非稳态过程,给出了一些计算触发器振荡频率的公式,设计了自适应数据同步器实现电路,理论误码率为0,为解决数据同步问题提供了新思路,实现了常用数据同步器。

【Abstract】 In this thesis, the principle of polarized light wave transmit in optical fiber is researched, i.e. principle of ternary optical fiber communication is researched. Based on the researches, the construction of ternary codes optical end machine and 3B2T optical end machine used in two-state fiber net are designed. The construction and component of circuits in 3B2T optical (called sign converter circuit -SCC) are designed particularly, including: the clock synchronization module, the data synchronizing, code converting module, frame managing module and error exam and managing module. Moreover, based on ternary optical fiber communication, the principle of four-state optical communication and the practical method of Polarization-Division Multiplexing are put forwarded.The research achievements that have been obtained in this paper can be summarized as follows:l.The calculating method of relay distance of ternary optical fiber communication system are researched, and a calculating equator is provided. The four-state optical communication principle is established, and the encoder and decoder are designed.2. The construction of ternary codes optical end machine and 3B2T optical end machine are designed.3. Some clock synchronizing resource of SCC used in SDH and PDH is researched. The clock obtaining practical circuit in approximately synchronization and clock circuit about symbol synchronization are designed(realized one circuit); The three controlling circuits with fast and low clock in code speed adjust technique are designed.4. The circuit of assembling frame and splitting frame based on RAM and FIFO are designed(realized frame synchronization). The two 3B4B converting circuits are designed(realized one circuit). The NRZ, RZ, Manchester code converting circuits are designed.5. The three methods of resolving slippage code problem are put forwarded and the circuits are designed.6. The theoretics of Flip-Flop anomalous property is perfected, and the oscillatory state of Flip-Flop is analyzed and the oscillatory frequency calculating equator is provided; The self-adapting data synchronizer practical circuit with 0 error rate is designed ,which can be used to resolve the problem of data synchronizing.The data synchronizer in common use is realized.
