【摘要】 随着现代办公的多样化、复杂化以及对办公的高效率要求，办公自动化快速的发展起来并且应用范围日益广泛，对于推动企业和工作部门的整体快速发展、提高工作效率、增强竞争实力起到至关重要的作用。 本论文研究的内容主要是对办公自动化系统方面的知识进行一定的研究和了解，并在此基础上设计完成适合用户使用需求的办公自动化系统，具体所作的工作包括： 通过使用用户对办公自动化系统的功能要求分析入手，确立整个系统的开发方法，采用Web技术和B／S的系统体系结构来完成基于局域网的办公自动化系统的设计和实现。 整个系统的开发过程按照软件工程的开发实现流程，进行了详细的需求分析、详细设计，对系统的功能模块和数据库的结构进行了仔细的设计和划分，在此基础上完成系统的编码程序实现，在系统投入使用之前还对整个系统进行全面的测试，使之很好的完成用户的功能需求并保证系统运行的正确性。 在系统实现中还加入了许多多媒体技术，设计完成了视频会议、视频点播等功能，并提供多种方便快捷的检索方式，增强了办公自动化系统的应用处理范围和办公处理的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the diversification, complication and efficient requirement of modern official business , the OA (Office Automation) has developed fast and been used in many fields . As the result, it promotes the enterprise and work department development at high speed, raises labor productivity and competitive strength.This dissertation focuses on researching and grasping the knowledge of office automation system, mainly on the design an office automation system with those knowledge for research institute using. The main research work of this dissertation is as following:By analyzing the function requirement of the system for user, the designing method of the whole system has been determined. The designing of this system based on LAN will be used WEB technology and B/S architectural structure.According to the development course of the software engineering, the work will include requirement analyzing, detail designing to design and divide the functional module, the structure of database, editing program code based on detail designing, testing the whole system before it has been used to ensure it can run correctly and fulfill the functional requirement.The system also adds many multimedia technology, including video conference, VOD (Video On Demand ), and provides convenient search method in order to increase the scope of the system using and the work efficiency.更多还原
