基于VRML的减速器虚拟装配技术研究

【摘要】 装配设计是产品设计的重要环节,对产品的成本、质量和上市时间有重大影响。虚拟装配是虚拟制造技术的一个重要组成部分,是当前装配设计技术的一种崭新的思路和方法,具有非常重要的研究价值。本文对虚拟装配的体系结构和关键技术进行了研究,包括三维建模、虚拟环境、装配规划和优化评价等方面内容。并且对装配规划中的碰撞检测技术进行了较为深入的研究。在此基础上,我们利用虚拟现实建模语言VRML,结合高级编程语言Java,构建了虚拟装配的交互环境,并用面向对象的方法,通过JavaScript在VRML内部构建了碰撞对象,实现了碰撞检测功能。在我们构建的虚拟环境下,用户可以与装配对象进行实时的交互操作;可以从零件库中选择零件的装配顺序,并根据装配环境和碰撞信息,调整装配零部件的装配路径和姿态。并以减速器为实例实现产品的虚拟装配。

【Abstract】 Assemble-design is the important link for product-design. It can make great effect on varied respect of the product, including its cost, quality and time to market. Virtual assembly is an important part of virtual manufacture technique. It has very important research value for being a kind of brand-new thought or method to the technique of assembling designing at present. This paper has researched about the system structure and key technology of virtual assembly, Including respects of three-dimensional modeling, virtual environment, assembling planned, optimization and evaluation etc. In addition, more deep research is carried out on the technology of collision detection in assembling plan. On this basis, by the use of virtual reality modeling language VRML, combining with advanced programming language Java, we set up a virtual environment for assemblage, and establish the colliding object within VRML to realize the function of collide-checked using object-oriented method by JavaScript. Under virtual environment that we established, user can make interactive operation on assemble target in real-time. That is: We can choose the part assemble sequence from the storehouse, and can adjust the assembly path and posture of assembling parts according to environment around and information of colliding. We have finished the process of virtual assembly with the example of speed reducer finally.
