某型航空发动机数控仿真系统软件设计研究

【摘要】 随着航空推进技术的发展,航空发动机需要的控制变量越来越多,要求控制的精度越来越高,这就使航空发动机的控制系统越来越复杂,用液压控制很难或根本无法实现控制的要求,数字式电子控制器具有运算快、计算精度高、设计灵活等优点,已经成为航空推进控制系统的发展方向。 本文是航空发动机实时数字控制仿真系统研究的一部分。论文分析了实时数控仿真系统的功能和技术的要求,提出了实时仿真系统的总体方案,重点进行了实时仿真系统的软件设计的研究,包括了系统通信软件的设计、接口软件的设计、人机界面软件的设计以及仿真控制器的程序编写,以及仿真电子控制器程序的设计。初步试验表明该仿真系统能满足工程应用的要求。

【Abstract】 Result from the developing of aero-propulsion technology and multi-variable control technology, extra high control precision is demanded. In order to meet the demand, aero-engine control system becomes more and more complicated, hydraulic system that used widely in the past is hard to or cannot achieve that precision. The digital electronic controller characters with high running speed, high precision, flexibility in designing etc, it overwhelms the other design method in aero-engine controller design.What the paper discusses is part of aero-engine real-time digital electronic control simulation system. Through analyzing the requirement in technology and functions of the system, this paper presents techniques to build the system. The paper focuses on software designing, including simulating digital controller, communicating between computers and computer with other devices, and graphics interface with user and interfaces with hardware. The project can meet the requirement for engineering application through primary testing.
