JT15D-4型涡扇发动机状态监测系统设计研究

【摘要】 航空发动机是飞机的重要组成部分,其结构复杂,精度和可靠性要求很高,同时其工作环境极其恶劣,容易受到各种干扰,因此对其性能要求非常严格。状态监测是发动机性能的重要检测手段,通过状态监测和试车工作可以对发动机进行性能调整、磨合运转和故障分析,最终达到提高发动机质量的目的。 本文以JT15D—4型发动机为研究对象,选取了20路模拟量、频率量和16路开关量作为监测量,通过对这些参数的自动监测,为发动机的状态趋势分析、故障诊断和视情维修提供科学的依据。该状态监测系统采用了分级结构,由上位机、下位机、外围卡板和各种电路组成,可以根据不同情况在三种方式下工作。在下位机和外围卡板的设计中采用了PC/104嵌入式模块,使得系统具有较强的抗震性和实时处理能力;在整个系统中还采用了软硬件抗干扰措施,并进行了自检系统和冗余结构的设计,使得系统具有较强的抗干扰能力和较高的可靠性,经过这些设计,使系统可以适应发动机运行过程中的恶劣条件,实现对发动机状态的实时监测。

【Abstract】 Aeroengine is the most important part of plane, It’s structure is most complex, it require the highest precision and reliability, at the same time, the requirement on performance is strictest because of the worst work condition, engine condition monitor is the important measure to examine the engine performance, through the measure, we can do the performance adjustment and failure analyses to engine to improve quality of engine.The research object of this paper is the JT15D-4 engine, and 20 analog signals and frequency signals, 16 digital signals was selected as the monitor object. The auto-monitor of the signals can provide scientific testimony for the analyses of the state trend, failure diagnosis and servicing. The condition monitor system adopt hiberarchy, it was composed of head computer, monitor computer, periphery board and some circuit, the system can work in three different mode accord the different condition, the monitor computer and periphery board use the PC/104 embedded module to make the system have the strong anti-vibratility and high ability of real time disposal; in the system, we adopt the self-examination, redundancy design and some measures of software and hardware anti-jamming to make the system have strong ability of anti-jamming and high reliability, those all make the system adapt the worst work condition of the engine and realize the real time monitor of engine condition.
