直接转矩控制在电梯门机控制系统中的运用研究

【摘要】 直接转矩控制技术是继矢量控制技术之后近十余年来发展起来的又一种高性能的新型交流变频调速技术。本文在广泛深入了解国内外异步电动机直接转矩控制系统的研究状况的基础上,设计了适合于电梯门机的直接转矩控制系统。 论文在阐述异步电动机的直接转矩控制原理的基础上,详细分析了多电压空间矢量对磁链和转矩的影响,给出了六边形磁链和圆形磁链以及定子电流预测的设计方法,提出了一种新的转速环控制方法。 针对电压模型、电流模型两种电子磁链估算方法,对其进行了性能分析,对于全数字化直接转矩控制系统高速区采用电压模型估算磁链,而在低速区时采用电流模型估算定子磁链。 利用数字信号处理器和智能功率模块设计了电梯门机控制器的硬件系统,分析了系统的干扰来源并提出了相应的解决方法。利用模块化设计方法,设计了一套通用性、实用性都较强的直接转矩控制系统软件包。 无速度传感器调速系统是直接转矩控制研究领域内一个非常热门的研究方向,本文介绍了无速度传感技术的发展历史及目前的研究状况,分别利用直接转矩控制的转速模型方法,模型参考自适应方法、电机定子反电动势以及扩展的卡尔曼滤波器等方法设计了无速度传感器系统,对于其数学模型和系统构成作了比较详细的推导。

【Abstract】 Direct Torque Control (DTC) method is a new high performance control techniques for asynchronous motor drivers after vector control, which emerged recent ten years ago. On the basis of analyzing the DTC techniques all over the world, the gate-motor system of the elevator has been set up.The theoretical analysis and system constitute of the DTC have been carried out in this paper. We discuss the influence on the flux and torque when the multi-voltage space vector is applied on the motor. Then the strategy of producing hexagon flux or circle flux is proposed. It is believed that, in order to control the torque optimally in DTC system, the stator current needs to be observed predictably . Also the method to observe the current is given. At last a new strategy of speed loop is proposed.We discussed the performances of the stator flux estimation model. The flux estimation model based on voltage and current is used to estimate thestator flux in high speed region and low speed region respectively,The hardware of gate-motor system is designed using digital signalsprocessor(DSP) TMS320F240 and intelligent power module(IPM). Wediscussed the interferential source of the system and the anti-interferencemethods respectively. The system develops the software in common currencyand practicality , which is designed by a modularizing way.The speed sensorless techniques for DTC system are very fascinating andchallenging subjects recently, they are received wide attention in the literature.Some brief description is provided. The proposed approaches are based onspeed model of DTC, motor reference adaptive control, the instantaneousreactive power of motor and the extended Kalman filter. Also the model andits system constitute have been made.
