基于网络的工装快速准备技术

【摘要】 制造业的竞争优势已经从基于成本的竞争和基于质量的竞争转移到了在给定质量和成本下时间的竞争,制造模式随之变化,基于互联网的专业化协同设计制造是制造业的发展方向。本文结合关中高新技术产业带网络化制造系统项目,研究基于ASP的服务模式和基于ASP的CAD应用服务系统的体系结构,提出了工装标准件库系统的网络化应用总体方案,对网络化应用的关键技术进行了研究,开发了模具标准件库的网络化应用系统原型,实现了工装CAD资源远程调用和资源共享。 基于ASP模式的CAD应用服务系统是将ASP(应用服务供应商)思想引入CAD软件系统中,将两者结合起来进行网络化设计。本文采用浏览器/服务器的结构体系,以套接字、JSP、VRML等为技术支撑,提出了CATIA软件环境下的ASP CAD体系结构,并针对模具标准件库开发出网络化应用系统原型。 本文的研究对于我国区域或特定行业的网络化设计和制造具有一定的应用价值。

【Abstract】 The competition predominance in manufacturing industry has been changed from cost and quality to time based on given cost and quality. The manufacturing mode has been changed also. Specialized cooperative design and manufacturing based on network is the development trend of manufacturing. According to a research project named GuanZhong networked manufacturing system, computer aided design system with the style of application service provider was established and studied in the dissertation. Moreover, the whole plan and key technology was studied.The computer aided design system based on ASP was the integrated idea of CAD and ASP, which will promote the network design. In this dissertation, ASP_CAD system structure and prototype were developed in browser/server mode under CATIA based on SOCKET, JSP, VRML and so on.This dissertation will have application value in networked design and manufacturing in some area or special trade of our nation.
