稀土永磁无刷直流电机的计算机控制技术研究

【摘要】 稀土永磁无刷直流电机是近年来迅速发展起来的一项新技术、新产品。它集有刷直流电机和交流异步电机的优点于一身,并很好地克服了上述二种电机的不足之处,因而得以日趋广泛的应用。 本文在参考有关资料的基础上,结合作者的工作实践,对稀土永磁无刷直流电机的计算机控制技术进行了比较深入、系统的研究。 论文首先简要阐述了稀土永磁无刷直流电动机的基本构成与工作原理,然后讨论了其控制策略; 接着,介绍了无转子位置传感器稀土永磁无刷直流电动机的原理特点及其控制方法,给出了一种基于专用集成电路TDA5140A的开、闭环控制系统设计方案; 然后,详细介绍了电梯门机用稀土永磁无刷直流电动机调速系统,分别阐述了系统总体方案设计、控制系统硬件设计、软件设计和软件仿真; 另外,论文在分析了电动汽车用电机的技术特点、控制规律之后,提出了电动汽车用稀土永磁无刷直流电机的双向控制方法,研究了AC/DC双向变换器的构成方案; 论文最后探讨了稀土永磁无刷直流电机及相关技术的发展前景。

【Abstract】 Rare earth permanent magnet brushless direct current motor (REPM BLDCM) is a novel technology as well as a new product that has been rapidly developed in recent years. It not only incorporates the advantages of traditional DC motor and asynchronous alternating current motor, but also gets over both of their deficiencies. Therefore REPM BLDCM is getting more and more widely used.Referring to relevant datum, and based on the author’s work practice, this dissertation carries out a comparatively penetrative and systematical study on the computer control technology applied to REPM BLDCM.First in this paper, the essential makeup and work principle of the motor system is briefly expatiated. Then its control strategies are discussed;In succession, the thesis introduces the characteristics and control methods of a particular kind of REPM BLDCM, which has no position sensor on its rotor. Also, it gives a design project of both open loop and close loop control system of such kind of motor, based on ASIC TDA5140A;Afterwards, the timing system of elevator door drive device adopting REPM BLDCM is introduced in detail, presenting the overall system project design, hardware and software design of the control system, and software imitation;In addition, after analyzing the technique peculiarities of motor used in electric vehicles (EV), the discourse brings forward a dual-direction control means for EV composed of REPM BLDCM, researching into the structure of AC/DC type dual-direction converter;At the end of this paper, the foreground of REPM BLDCM and its relevant technologies is described.
