传动带成型机恒张力控制系统研究

【摘要】 本文主要以控制传动胶带生产中胶带加强线绳的恒定张力为目的,针对传动胶带生产设备(多功能成型机)自动化所存在的问题,详细分析了影响线绳张力变化的各种因素,提出了从局部消除不良影响到总体恒张力控制的双重控制方法,即首先控制成型机中影响线绳张力的主轴转速均匀,然后再对成型机做张力总体控制。并且分析了各个控制部分的控制原理、方法及硬件实现。重点是通过对成型机中线绳恒张力部分数学模型分析的基础上,运用模糊控制的方法设计了一种自校正模糊控制和误差增量控制相结合的混合恒张力控制器,对高精度模糊控制方法作了深入的研究。最后,对胶带生产中的集散型控制系统进行了探讨,提出了一种在监控机上采用神经网络对现场模糊单片机控制器进行分时校正控制规则的“半在线式”校正方法。

【Abstract】 The main objective of this paper is to control the tension of enforced cord in rubber belt so that the tension is constant in manufacture process. In order to overcoming the shortcomings existing in production machine of rubber belt, we analyzed all kinds of factors that affect the tension, and then brought forward the double control method. That is: First we control rotate speed stability of principal-axis, second we control tension of cord in belt. Moreover control principles and methods have been analyzed and hardware has been designed in each control part. Further more, after analyzing the mathematical model carefully, we designed a mixed cord tension controller based on the combination self-tuning fuzzy control and double state control and also made a deeper research on the high precise invariable tension fuzzy control method in this part. At last, we discussed distributed Control System in this thesis and raised a new method of time-shared rule that a monitor with neural network technology regulated each of the field fuzzy controllers based on numerical single chip microcomputer. This method is kind of half-onlineregulation.
