现代企业工装管理系统研究与开发

【摘要】 当今世界已进入信息时代，以信息技术为主导的高科技为制造业的发展提供了极大的支持，并推动着制造业的变革与发展，计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)技术的应用及其产业化是其中的组成部分。工装管理系统作为CIMS中的一个重要组成部分，日益显示出它在CIMS应用中的重要地位。 如何在现代企业实际情况下进行组织和管理工装，其中包括安排工装计划、调度工装出库、管理工装库存都是我们要面临的问题。本论文以成飞85车间工装管理信息系统和西南电信技术研究所工模具管理系统实施为背景，对工装管理系统进行了研究与探讨。 论文首先对企业现有的工装管理系统所处实际环境进行了概述；再结合工装管理流程的分类指出目前企业工装管理的薄弱环节与改进方法；同时，结合MRPⅡ／ERP原理就工装管理流程中的功能模块进行分析与总结；最后，结合工装管理实际建立模型并全面分析系统的实施应用。 论文以保证生产进度的前提下，平衡库存积压与生产能力的矛盾，提高了工装利用率，降低了生产成本；还从软件实现的角度讨论了系统组件化开发技术；系统采用C／S结构，后端采用ORACLE系列数据库管理系统，前端采用Delphi6.0完成了系统的程序设计。 本论文的研究成果已开始在成都飞机公司85车间和西南电信技术研究所投入试运行阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information science, the manufacturing technology has been improved greatly and the application and industrialization of CIMS have play a crucial role in this renovation. At the same time, tool management system, which is a very important part of CIMS , shows its importance day by day.In the process of production, we have to face how to manage and store tools. This paper is based on the cellular tool management system in Chengdu Aircraft Company (CAC) and the Southwestern Electronics & Telecommunication Research Institute.At first the paper summarizes the conditions of the manufacturing Production. Next it indicates the weakness in tool management and put forward several improving ways. Meanwhile, with MRPII/ERP theory, it interprets the function of the module in the system. Finally the paper achieves system model and fully analysis tool management.To efficiently using tools and reduce cost, manager must balance overstock and throughput under continuous production. Applying the component to develop the system on C/S module, we use DELPHI6.0 as the desktop development tool and ORACLE as the database management system.Coming from research, the system has been in testing use in CAC and the Southwestern Electronics & Telecommunication Research Institute.更多还原
